Brittany & Vitaly; Engagement Session

I first met Brittany when she doing doing my hair trail for my wedding earlier this year.  We hit it off immediately and began talking about our upcoming wedding days and all the crazy planning involved.  Just a few weeks before my wedding she asked if I would shoot her engagement session and I was thrilled!  I knew the day would be filled with tons of laughter and I couldn't wait.  Brittany and Vitaly wanted an autumn session so we met a Inniswood Metro Garden's which was the perfect backdrop, full of amazing colors.  Our sunset session was a dream!  Below are just a few of my favorite photos from our time together.

The Flowers Family; Schiller Park

There is nothing better than a referral from a happy client!  The Flowers Family was referred to me by one of my all time favorite families and I was delighted to  get the chance to capture their family portrait session during our October Portraits in the Park.  I had the honor of photographing not just the Flowers Family but also Grandparents Rita and John and Aunt Christy.  Our location was the beautiful Schiller Park in German Village on a blustery (aka down right cold) October morning.  This family was full of smiles and laughter and warmth and pretty soon the cold air was forgotten.  Below are just a few of my favorite photos from my day with The Flowers Family.

The Frank Family 2014; Franklin Park Conservatory

I always get excited to go out and photograph The Frank Family!  I have been photographing this family since big sis Vivian was in diapers.   Vivian and Natalie are a dynamic sister duo full of energy, giggles and sweet smiles.  This year we headed to The Franklin Park Conservatory to run and play and pause for a few moments to capture some great moments.  They really do grow up so fast.  Below are just a few of my favorite moments with The Frank Family.

Norah Mae; Newborn Session

There is no greater compliment for me than a photo referral.  To know that we captured someones moments perfectly and that they trust us and love us so much to send their friends and family our way is amazing.  And that's how this session came to be.

I photographed Erin's twin sister wedding back in 2010 (here's a little walk down memory lane to see pics from Kelly & George's big day) and had a blast!  When a got an email this spring from Kelly stating that her sister Erin was pregnant and they wanted to surprise her with a gift of a newborn session I was thrilled!  Once I got word that little Norah Mae was born last month I packed up the car and went to go see this little cutie.

Vivian Lee; Inniswood Metro Park

What could be cuter than a sweet little giggly, smiley, baby girl?!  Little Miss Vivian Lee is all of those things and more!  She is such a happy little baby whose big personality shines through in every photo I snapped.  I was so lucky to have had the chance to photograph her and her family this past spring at Inniswood Metro Gardens.  It was one of those perfect days when the flowers just started to bloom and people started to have a little spring in their step and Miss Vivian was ready to spread a little of her own sunshine.  Below are just a few of my favorite photos from my time with Miss Vivian Lee.

Megan & Zach, May 17, 2014

We are so lucky to get to work with such fun and sweet couples.  I knew as soon as I met with Megan that her wedding would be beautiful.  She is very organized and really gave us so much time to be creative and run with some ideas we had on the spot.  She even dodge a couple raindrops for some amazing rooftop shots at The Renaissance hotel in downtown Columbus.  We had a crazy weather day full of mixtures of sun and rain and Megan and Zach and their entire bridal party we troopers throughout the whole day.  The ceremony and reception were held at the gorgeous Columbus Athenaeum.  Family and friends danced all night and we had such a wonderful time capturing the love this couple has for each other.  Here are just a few of my favorite images from Megan & Zach's big day!
