Shea Connor

I had the pleasure of shooting Trevin and Shawn's wedding last November so when I got the email that Trevin was pregnant and wanted me to shoot their newest family member I was so excited. Baby Boy Shea Connor was only three weeks old for these pictures but believe me this little man already has style and his poses down. Who knew they made tiny little button down flannels and corduroy's for newborns! I love it!

Now I have to say that not everyone looks this darn cute yawning! I just want to pinch those little cheeks!

It's really rare that I can get such a little one to look at my camera but Shea had a knack for finding me and striking a little baby pose!

I love this one of Mommy and Shea. They both look so natural and at ease.

And we can't leave out Daddy and his Baby Boy! I have a feeling that this little guy is gonna get tons of snuggles and kisses for a long long time.

Congratulations you guys! Hope to keep shooting this little guy as he grows up to be a big guy!

Vivienne

I meet Mark and Sara years ago and Sara recently contacted me about taking some portraits of their little girl Vivienne. Miss Vivienne just started walking on her own a couple weeks before our shoot. And I had no idea of the cardio work-out I was in store for. Walking was not on this girls mind but running sure was! But in between sprints I managed to get some great pics of this little cutie! What can I say this little girl will melt you heart with one look!

Have you ever seen eyes this green on a baby! Geez they were almost the same color as the grass that day! Gorgeous!

Oh that face! That's just all you can say when you look at this pic!

I love this pic of Mommy and Vivienne. It was such a sweet little moment when they really forgot the camera was there. And a little side story, they were both watching Daddy coming toward them with a bag full of toys to play with!

This is a great one of Daddy and Vivienne too. I love how she is holding on to his hand and her sweet little grin!

I had a great time with this little family and can't wait to watch this sweet one grow up!

Stacey & Ryan September 2009

I've known Stacey almost all my life (if I told you the actual years I'd have to kill you!). Stacey and Ryan have been together now for 5 years and decided to "tie the knot" in September. They had a quiet ceremony with close friends and family. Here are some of my favorite pics from their day!

I love this pic of Stacey! And for you all of you out there wondering, yes her eyes are really that green. No Photoshop needed on those babies!

This is a great one of Ryan. I was prepared for him to be camera shy like most of my grooms but he really surprised me and made my job very easy!

I actually wore two hats for this wedding: Photographer and Florist! I might have a second career if this photography thing doesn't work out!

Love their rings and there is something so nice about a masculine hand holding these delicate little treasures.

Congrats you guys! See you soon!

Angela & Derrick Engagement Session

I first met Angela and Derrick in May when they were looking for a photographer to shoot their upcoming November wedding.  We hit it off right away and I got the pleasure of shooting their engagement session and can't wait to shoot "the big day" soon!  Angela and Derrick love the idea of taking photos from the engagement session and using them to create a guest book.  I thought the idea was great too and can't wait to start designing their book!  Below are some pics from our session!

I'm in love with this pic of Angela!  I totally captured them both in a moment of genuine laughter which is something that this relationship is full of!

It wouldn't be an engagement shoot without a picture of the ring!  Angela had just got this special setting the day before our shoot and it really is so elegant.  Beautiful choice!

We had such a fun time shooting this couple and we can't wait till November.  I have no doubts that it will be a day full of laughter and love!  Congrats guys, see you soon!

Jon & Paul

July has been a fun month for us shooting some great little people!  Here are some of my favorite pics of Jon & Paul that I shot over the 4th of July holiday in Maryland.

Paul always seems to be deep in thought and I love this little quiet moment that he was having.

Jon always seems to have a little grin just starting to peak through that makes you think he's up to something!

Nothing says 4th of July like a face full of baked-beans.  I really love Jon in the background peaking around his brother to make sure he's in the shot too!

Paul has had a knack for looking into my camera since I started photographing him as a newborn.  I love this pic and those chubby cheeks!

This is one of my favorite pics of Jon.  I love love love that dreamy look in his eyes and that sweet peaceful face!

Such good babies and fun times.  They have to be the cutest little guys I know but I am a little biased being their Aunt Jul-Jul!

The Smith Family Session

We had a great time last weekend in Lancaster shooting The Smith Family. Little Sammy and Annie were adorable and such happy little kids. Our setting was amazing as well on a beautiful farm with rolling hills, a lake and lots of cool little spots to capture some sweet moments. Here are few of my favorite pics from this day!

This is one of my favorite pics ever. Ms. Annie and her new baby brother Sammy. I don't know if two kids could be any cuter!

Little Sammy was all smiles right off the bat. It was nice to photograph such a happy little guy. I think its impossible to look at this face and not smile!

Ms. Annie was a ball of fun! I like to think of this picture as her personal revolution against the cheesy Department Store Portrait Pose I tried to put her in!

I caught this one in a quiet moment on the lake after Ms. Annie and I had several "races" to the boat house. She looks cool, calm and collected...myself on the other was another story! Oh to be 2 again!

What a fun day with this great family!
